It's just like yoga for adults, but sillier! Yoga is a great way to increase fitness, decrease stress, and improve mental focus in a non-competitive manner. We invite kids age 7 and up to join us every Saturday morning for FREE instruction, 10:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and start your weekend right.


ASC yoga classes use Yoga for Kids, a 4-H Healthy Living Program developed by the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service.
