Yoga. Live Music. Food. Raffle Prizes. Community. All for a Cause! Yoga in the Rock believes that yoga is much more than a physical practice: it’s also an opportunity to connect to ourselves and to our community. When we take the time to care for ourselves and grow as individuals, we increase our capacity to serve and love others--and we believe that this can happen through avenue of yoga. There’s no better time to focus on the importance of supporting and caring for others than during the holidays. Yoga In The Rock proudly presents our third annual fundraising event Om for the Holidays honoring local nonprofit Compassion Works for All.  Our goal this year is to raise $2000. $20 sponsors 2 youth at the Pulaski County Juvenile Detention Facility to have access to yoga for 1 month. Our collective goal of $2,000 ensures men incarcerated in a Pine Bluff prison have access to yoga twice a month for a full year.  Our event this year will feature a 60 minute, beginner friendly yoga practice led by Sam Harrington (ERYT200/500RYT). Other features at this event include: Tickets online $20.Tickets at the door $25.  Doors will open at 6:30pm. Yoga will begin at 7pm.We hope you will join us in honoring Compassion Works for All and the needing community here in our home city. We will meet you on the mat!
