Feeling Through: Examining Emotion In The Midst Of Unrest’ By Catherine Elizabeth Patton

Wednesday, February 10, 2021, 6:30 PM

The Arts & Science Center for Southeast Arkansas will host a new exhibition ‘Feeling Through: Examining Emotion In The Midst Of Unrest’ By Catherine Elizabeth Patton.

‘Feeling Through’ is a self-reflection of the artist’s emotions in the time of COVID-19 and the Black Lives Matter movement. These works are Patton’s attempt to use photography to face some of those emotions and examine them as they understand them.

Patton is a self-taught concept and portrait photographer from Memphis, TN who started her practice in 2016.

This exhibition will be on view from Thursday, Jan. 14 through Saturday, April 10, 2021. For more information on our upcoming exhibits, visit asc701.org/upcoming.
